Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use haulo.deals and join the app waitlist, why we use it, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Noja Ventures LLC, a company licensed in the Sharjah Media City free zone (Shams), licence number 2644471.01. Contact: privacy@haulo.deals.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the country you choose (optional), the language of the page you used, and the time you signed up.
When you write to us: your email address and what you send.
When you tap an offer: our link sends you through our own redirect. We record the offer and store, the time, your country or city setting, a random anonymous device ID, and a hash of your IP address that changes every day. We do not store your raw IP address in our click records, and we delete the IP hash after 30 days.
Stored on your device: your language, country and city choice and your cookie choice. The country choice is a small first-party cookie that remembers which country’s offers you want to see. These are needed for the site to work as you expect.
To suggest the right country, our host tells us once, from your request, which country it came from. We do not store that.
We do not collect your name, phone number, payment card details or precise location through this website.
Why we use it
To email you once when the app is ready: your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form and can withdraw at any time.
To answer your messages: our legitimate interest in running the service and answering your request.
To pay and check commissions, count taps and prevent fraud and bots: our legitimate interest.
To measure how the website is used (analytics): your consent. Analytics scripts load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and not otherwise. The same applies to usage events (opening a deal, copying a code, tapping through to a store) and to error reports from your browser: they are sent only after you accept.
Who receives it
Our infrastructure providers, who host the database and the website and deliver email, process data for us under our instructions. Affiliate networks and stores receive an anonymous click ID, never your name or email. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in Singapore. This is likely to be outside the country you live in. By submitting the waitlist form you understand that your email address will be processed there.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails: until we have sent you the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is first.
Click records: 24 months, to resolve commission disputes. They are not linked to your name or email. The IP hash is deleted after 30 days.
Messages you send us: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the request.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, and to object to how we use it. Write to privacy@haulo.deals from the address you used, and we will answer within 30 days. To delete a waitlist entry, send “Delete my data” to the same address. You may also complain to the data protection regulator in your country.
Age
Haulo is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level access rules in our database, and audit logs of staff actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
